1לַ֝מְנַצֵּ֗חַ לְדָוִ֥ד לְהַזְכִּֽיר׃
lamnatzeach ledavid lehazkir
For the Leader. [A Psalm] of David; to make memorial.
2אֱלֹהִ֥ים לְהַצִּילֵ֑נִי יְ֝הוָ֗ה לְעֶזְרָ֥תִי חֽוּשָֽׁה׃
elohim lehatzileni ADONAI le'ezrati chusha
O God, to deliver me, O LORD, to help me, make haste.
3יֵבֹ֣שׁוּ וְיַחְפְּרוּ֮ מְבַקְשֵׁ֪י נַ֫פְשִׁ֥י יִסֹּ֣גוּ אָ֭חוֹר וְיִכָּלְמ֑וּ חֲ֝פֵצֵ֗י רָעָתִֽי׃
yevoshu veyachperu mevakshe nafshi yissogu achor veyikkalmu chafetze ra'ati
Let them be ashamed and abashed That seek after my soul; Let them be turned backward and brought to confusion That delight in my hurt.
4יָ֭שׁוּבוּ עַל־עֵ֣קֶב בָּשְׁתָּ֑ם הָ֝אֹמְרִ֗ים הֶ֘אָ֥ח ׀ הֶאָֽח׃
yashuvu al-ekev bashtam ha'omrim he'ach he'ach
Let them be turned back by reason of their shame That say: 'Aha, aha.'
5יָ֘שִׂ֤ישׂוּ וְיִשְׂמְח֨וּ ׀ בְּךָ֗ כָּֽל־מְבַ֫קְשֶׁ֥יךָ וְיֹאמְר֣וּ תָ֭מִיד יִגְדַּ֣ל אֱלֹהִ֑ים אֹ֝הֲבֵ֗י יְשׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃
yasisu veyismechu bekha kal-mevakshekha veyomru tamid yigdal elohim ohave yeshu'atekha
Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee; And let such as love Thy salvation say continually: 'Let God be magnified.'
6וַאֲנִ֤י ׀ עָנִ֣י וְאֶבְיוֹן֮ אֱלֹהִ֪ים חֽוּשָׁ֫ה־לִּ֥י עֶזְרִ֣י וּמְפַלְטִ֣י אַ֑תָּה יְ֝הוָ֗ה אַל־תְּאַחַֽר׃
va'ani ani ve'evyon elohim chusha-li ezri umefalti atta ADONAI al-te'achar
But I am poor and needy; O God, make haste unto me; Thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, tarry not.
