¹וַיַּ֧עַשׂ בְּצַלְאֵ֛ל אֶת־הָאָרֹ֖ן עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים אַמָּתַ֨יִם וָחֵ֜צִי אָרְכּ֗וֹ וְאַמָּ֤ה וָחֵ֨צִי֙ רָחְבּ֔וֹ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי קֹמָתֽוֹ׃

vayya'as betzal'el et-ha'aron atze shittim ammatayim vachetzi arko ve'amma vachetzi rachbo ve'amma vachetzi komato

And Bezalel made the ark of acacia-wood: two cubits and a half was the length of it, and a cubit and a half the breadth of it, and a cubit and a half the height of it.

²וַיְצַפֵּ֛הוּ זָהָ֥ב טָה֖וֹר מִבַּ֣יִת וּמִח֑וּץ וַיַּ֥עַשׂ ל֛וֹ זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

vaytzappehu zahav tahor mibbayit umichutz vayya'as lo zer zahav saviv

And he overlaid it with pure gold within and without, and made a crown of gold to it round about.

³וַיִּצֹ֣ק ל֗וֹ אַרְבַּע֙ טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֔ב עַ֖ל אַרְבַּ֣ע פַּעֲמֹתָ֑יו וּשְׁתֵּ֣י טַבָּעֹ֗ת עַל־צַלְעוֹ֙ הָֽאֶחָ֔ת וּשְׁתֵּי֙ טַבָּע֔וֹת עַל־צַלְע֖וֹ הַשֵּׁנִֽית׃

vayyitzok lo arba' tabbe'ot zahav al arba' pa'amotav ushete tabba'ot al-tzal'o ha'echat ushete tabba'ot al-tzal'o hashenit

And he cast for it four rings of gold, in the four feet thereof: even two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it.

⁴וַיַּ֥עַשׂ בַּדֵּ֖י עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים וַיְצַ֥ף אֹתָ֖ם זָהָֽב׃

vayya'as badde atze shittim vaytzaf otam zahav

And he made staves of acacia-wood, and overlaid them with gold.

⁵וַיָּבֵ֤א אֶת־הַבַּדִּים֙ בַּטַּבָּעֹ֔ת עַ֖ל צַלְעֹ֣ת הָאָרֹ֑ן לָשֵׂ֖את אֶת־הָאָרֹֽן׃

vayyave et-habbaddim battabba'ot al tzal'ot ha'aron laset et-ha'aron

And he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.

⁶וַיַּ֥עַשׂ כַּפֹּ֖רֶת זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר אַמָּתַ֤יִם וָחֵ֨צִי֙ אָרְכָּ֔הּ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי רָחְבָּֽהּ׃

vayya'as kapporet zahav tahor ammatayim vachetzi arkah ve'amma vachetzi rachbah

And he made an ark-cover of pure gold: two cubits and a half was the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

⁷וַיַּ֛עַשׂ שְׁנֵ֥י כְרֻבִ֖ים זָהָ֑ב מִקְשָׁה֙ עָשָׂ֣ה אֹתָ֔ם מִשְּׁנֵ֖י קְצ֥וֹת הַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃

vayya'as shene kheruvim zahav miksha asa otam mishene ketzot hakkapporet

And he made two cherubim of gold: of beaten work made he them, at the two ends of the ark-cover:

⁸כְּרוּב־אֶחָ֤ד מִקָּצָה֙ מִזֶּ֔ה וּכְרוּב־אֶחָ֥ד מִקָּצָ֖ה מִזֶּ֑ה מִן־הַכַּפֹּ֛רֶת עָשָׂ֥ה אֶת־הַכְּרֻבִ֖ים מִשְּׁנֵ֥י קצוותו [קְצוֹתָֽיו]׃

keruv-echad mikkatza mizze ukheruv-echad mikkatza mizze min-hakkapporet asa et-hakkeruvim mishene ketzotav

one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end; of one piece with the ark-cover made he the cherubim at the two ends thereof.

⁹וַיִּהְי֣וּ הַכְּרֻבִים֩ פֹּרְשֵׂ֨י כְנָפַ֜יִם לְמַ֗עְלָה סֹֽכְכִ֤ים בְּכַנְפֵיהֶם֙ עַל־הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת וּפְנֵיהֶ֖ם אִ֣ישׁ אֶל־אָחִ֑יו אֶל־הַכַּפֹּ֔רֶת הָי֖וּ פְּנֵ֥י הַכְּרֻבִֽים׃

vayyihyu hakkeruvim porse khenafayim lema'la sokhkhim bekhanfehem al-hakkapporet ufenehem ish el-achiv el-hakkapporet hayu pene hakkeruvim

And the cherubim spread out their wings on high, screening the ark-cover with their wings, with their faces one to another; toward the ark-cover were the faces of the cherubim.

¹⁰וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָ֖ן עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים אַמָּתַ֤יִם אָרְכּוֹ֙ וְאַמָּ֣ה רָחְבּ֔וֹ וְאַמָּ֥ה וָחֵ֖צִי קֹמָתֽוֹ׃

vayya'as et-hashulchan atze shittim ammatayim arko ve'amma rachbo ve'amma vachetzi komato

And he made the table of acacia-wood: two cubits was the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

¹¹וַיְצַ֥ף אֹת֖וֹ זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר וַיַּ֥עַשׂ ל֛וֹ זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

vaytzaf oto zahav tahor vayya'as lo zer zahav saviv

And he overlaid it with pure gold, and made thereto a crown of gold round about.

¹²וַיַּ֨עַשׂ ל֥וֹ מִסְגֶּ֛רֶת טֹ֖פַח סָבִ֑יב וַיַּ֧עַשׂ זֵר־זָהָ֛ב לְמִסְגַּרְתּ֖וֹ סָבִֽיב׃

vayya'as lo misgeret tofach saviv vayya'as zer-zahav lemisgarto saviv

And he made unto it a border of a hand-breadth round about, and made a golden crown to the border thereof round about.

¹³וַיִּצֹ֣ק ל֔וֹ אַרְבַּ֖ע טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֑ב וַיִּתֵּן֙ אֶת־הַטַּבָּעֹ֔ת עַ֚ל אַרְבַּ֣ע הַפֵּאֹ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֖ר לְאַרְבַּ֥ע רַגְלָֽיו׃

vayyitzok lo arba' tabbe'ot zahav vayyitten et-hattabba'ot al arba' happe'ot asher le'arba' raglav

And he cast for it four rings of gold, and put the rings in the four corners that were on the four feet thereof.

¹⁴לְעֻמַּת֙ הַמִּסְגֶּ֔רֶת הָי֖וּ הַטַּבָּעֹ֑ת בָּתִּים֙ לַבַּדִּ֔ים לָשֵׂ֖את אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָֽן׃

le'ummat hammisgeret hayu hattabba'ot battim labbaddim laset et-hashulchan

Close by the border were the rings, the holders for the staves to bear the table.

¹⁵וַיַּ֤עַשׂ אֶת־הַבַּדִּים֙ עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֔ים וַיְצַ֥ף אֹתָ֖ם זָהָ֑ב לָשֵׂ֖את אֶת־הַשֻּׁלְחָֽן׃

vayya'as et-habbaddim atze shittim vaytzaf otam zahav laset et-hashulchan

And he made the staves of acacia-wood, and overlaid them with gold, to bear the table.

¹⁶וַיַּ֜עַשׂ אֶֽת־הַכֵּלִ֣ים ׀ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־הַשֻּׁלְחָ֗ן אֶת־קְעָרֹתָ֤יו וְאֶת־כַּפֹּתָיו֙ וְאֵת֙ מְנַקִּיֹּתָ֔יו וְאֶת־הַקְּשָׂוֺ֔ת אֲשֶׁ֥ר יֻסַּ֖ךְ בָּהֵ֑ן זָהָ֖ב טָהֽוֹר׃

vayya'as et-hakkelim asher al-hashulchan et-ke'arotav ve'et-kappotav ve'et menakkiyyotav ve'et-hakkesavot asher yussakh bahen zahav tahor

And he made the vessels which were upon the table, the dishes thereof, and the pans thereof, and the bowls thereof, and the jars thereof, wherewith to pour out, of pure gold.

¹⁷וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אֶת־הַמְּנֹרָ֖ה זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר מִקְשָׁ֞ה עָשָׂ֤ה אֶת־הַמְּנֹרָה֙ יְרֵכָ֣הּ וְקָנָ֔הּ גְּבִיעֶ֛יהָ כַּפְתֹּרֶ֥יהָ וּפְרָחֶ֖יהָ מִמֶּ֥נָּה הָיֽוּ׃

vayya'as et-hammenora zahav tahor miksha asa et-hammenora yerekhah vekanah gevi'eha kaftoreha uferacheha mimmenna hayu

And he made the candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work made he the candlestick, even its base, and its shaft; its cups, its knops, and its flowers, were of one piece with it.

¹⁸וְשִׁשָּׁ֣ה קָנִ֔ים יֹצְאִ֖ים מִצִּדֶּ֑יהָ שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה ׀ קְנֵ֣י מְנֹרָ֗ה מִצִּדָּהּ֙ הָֽאֶחָ֔ד וּשְׁלֹשָׁה֙ קְנֵ֣י מְנֹרָ֔ה מִצִּדָּ֖הּ הַשֵּׁנִֽי׃

veshisha kanim yotz'im mitziddeha shelosha kene menora mitziddah ha'echad ushelosha kene menora mitziddah hasheni

And there were six branches going out of the sides thereof: three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof;

¹⁹שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה גְ֠בִעִים מְֽשֻׁקָּדִ֞ים בַּקָּנֶ֣ה הָאֶחָד֮ כַּפְתֹּ֣ר וָפֶרַח֒ וּשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה גְבִעִ֗ים מְשֻׁקָּדִ֛ים בְּקָנֶ֥ה אֶחָ֖ד כַּפְתֹּ֣ר וָפָ֑רַח כֵּ֚ן לְשֵׁ֣שֶׁת הַקָּנִ֔ים הַיֹּצְאִ֖ים מִן־הַמְּנֹרָֽה׃

shelosha gevi'im meshukkadim bakkane ha'echad kaftor vaferach ushelosha gevi'im meshukkadim bekane echad kaftor vafarach ken lesheshet hakkanim hayyotz'im min-hammenora

three cups made like almond-blossoms in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three cups made like almond-blossoms in the other branch, a knop and a flower. So for the six branches going out of the candlestick.

²⁰וּבַמְּנֹרָ֖ה אַרְבָּעָ֣ה גְבִעִ֑ים מְשֻׁ֨קָּדִ֔ים כַּפְתֹּרֶ֖יהָ וּפְרָחֶֽיהָ׃

uvammenora arba'a gevi'im meshukkadim kaftoreha uferacheha

And in the candlestick were four cups made like almond-blossoms, the knops thereof, and the flowers thereof;

²¹וְכַפְתֹּ֡ר תַּחַת֩ שְׁנֵ֨י הַקָּנִ֜ים מִמֶּ֗נָּה וְכַפְתֹּר֙ תַּ֣חַת שְׁנֵ֤י הַקָּנִים֙ מִמֶּ֔נָּה וְכַפְתֹּ֕ר תַּֽחַת־שְׁנֵ֥י הַקָּנִ֖ים מִמֶּ֑נָּה לְשֵׁ֨שֶׁת֙ הַקָּנִ֔ים הַיֹּצְאִ֖ים מִמֶּֽנָּה׃

vekhaftor tachat shene hakkanim mimmenna vekhaftor tachat shene hakkanim mimmenna vekhaftor tachat-shene hakkanim mimmenna lesheshet hakkanim hayyotz'im mimmenna

and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of it.

²²כַּפְתֹּרֵיהֶ֥ם וּקְנֹתָ֖ם מִמֶּ֣נָּה הָי֑וּ כֻּלָּ֛הּ מִקְשָׁ֥ה אַחַ֖ת זָהָ֥ב טָהֽוֹר׃

kaftorehem ukenotam mimmenna hayu kullah miksha achat zahav tahor

Their knops and their branches were of one piece with it; the whole of it was one beaten work of pure gold.

²³וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אֶת־נֵרֹתֶ֖יהָ שִׁבְעָ֑ה וּמַלְקָחֶ֥יהָ וּמַחְתֹּתֶ֖יהָ זָהָ֥ב טָהֽוֹר׃

vayya'as et-neroteha shiv'a umalkacheha umachtoteha zahav tahor

And he made the lamps thereof, seven, and the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, of pure gold.

²⁴כִּכָּ֛ר זָהָ֥ב טָה֖וֹר עָשָׂ֣ה אֹתָ֑הּ וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־כֵּלֶֽיהָ׃

kikkar zahav tahor asa otah ve'et kal-keleha

Of a talent of pure gold made he it, and all the vessels thereof.

²⁵וַיַּ֛עַשׂ אֶת־מִזְבַּ֥ח הַקְּטֹ֖רֶת עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים אַמָּ֣ה אָרְכּוֹ֩ וְאַמָּ֨ה רָחְבּ֜וֹ רָב֗וּעַ וְאַמָּתַ֨יִם֙ קֹֽמָת֔וֹ מִמֶּ֖נּוּ הָי֥וּ קַרְנֹתָֽיו׃

vayya'as et-mizbach hakketoret atze shittim amma arko ve'amma rachbo ravua ve'ammatayim komato mimmennu hayu karnotav

And he made the altar of incense of acacia-wood: a cubit was the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, four-square; and two cubits was the height thereof; the horns thereof were of one piece with it.

²⁶וַיְצַ֨ף אֹת֜וֹ זָהָ֣ב טָה֗וֹר אֶת־גַּגּ֧וֹ וְאֶת־קִירֹתָ֛יו סָבִ֖יב וְאֶת־קַרְנֹתָ֑יו וַיַּ֥עַשׂ ל֛וֹ זֵ֥ר זָהָ֖ב סָבִֽיב׃

vaytzaf oto zahav tahor et-gaggo ve'et-kirotav saviv ve'et-karnotav vayya'as lo zer zahav saviv

And he overlaid it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns of it; and he made unto it a crown of gold round about.

²⁷וּשְׁתֵּי֩ טַבְּעֹ֨ת זָהָ֜ב עָֽשָׂה־ל֣וֹ ׀ מִתַּ֣חַת לְזֵר֗וֹ עַ֚ל שְׁתֵּ֣י צַלְעֹתָ֔יו עַ֖ל שְׁנֵ֣י צִדָּ֑יו לְבָתִּ֣ים לְבַדִּ֔ים לָשֵׂ֥את אֹת֖וֹ בָּהֶֽם׃

ushete tabbe'ot zahav asa-lo mittachat lezero al shete tzal'otav al shene tziddav levattim levaddim laset oto bahem

And he made for it two golden rings under the crown thereof, upon the two ribs thereof, upon the two sides of it, for holders for staves wherewith to bear it.

²⁸וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אֶת־הַבַּדִּ֖ים עֲצֵ֣י שִׁטִּ֑ים וַיְצַ֥ף אֹתָ֖ם זָהָֽב׃

vayya'as et-habbaddim atze shittim vaytzaf otam zahav

And he made the staves of acacia-wood, and overlaid them with gold.

²⁹וַיַּ֜עַשׂ אֶת־שֶׁ֤מֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה֙ קֹ֔דֶשׁ וְאֶת־קְטֹ֥רֶת הַסַּמִּ֖ים טָה֑וֹר מַעֲשֵׂ֖ה רֹקֵֽחַ׃

vayya'as et-shemen hammishcha kodesh ve'et-ketoret hassammim tahor ma'ase rokeach

And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure incense of sweet spices, after the art of the perfumer.

⁴He made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold.

⁵He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.

⁶He made a mercy seat of pure gold. Its length was two and a half cubits, and a cubit and a half its width.

⁷He made two cherubim of gold. He made them of beaten work, at the two ends of the mercy seat:

⁸one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end. He made the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends.

⁹The cherubim spread out their wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces toward one another. The faces of the cherubim were toward the mercy seat.

¹⁰He made the table of acacia wood. Its length was two cubits, and its width was a cubit, and its height was a cubit and a half.

¹¹He overlaid it with pure gold, and made a gold molding around it.

¹²He made a border of a hand’s width around it, and made a golden molding on its border around it.

¹³He cast four rings of gold for it, and put the rings in the four corners that were on its four feet.

¹⁶He made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour out, of pure gold.

¹⁷He made the lamp stand of pure gold. He made the lamp stand of beaten work. Its base, its shaft, its cups, its buds, and its flowers were of one piece with it.

¹⁸There were six branches going out of its sides: three branches of the lamp stand out of its one side, and three branches of the lamp stand out of its other side:

¹⁹three cups made like almond blossoms in one branch, a bud and a flower, and three cups made like almond blossoms in the other branch, a bud and a flower; so for the six branches going out of the lamp stand.

²⁰In the lamp stand were four cups made like almond blossoms, its buds and its flowers;

²¹and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of it.

²²Their buds and their branches were of one piece with it. The whole thing was one beaten work of pure gold.

²³He made its seven lamps, and its snuffers, and its snuff dishes, of pure gold.

²⁴He made it of a talent of pure gold, with all its vessels.
